Reflections - our Chair's Challenge !

At our last meeting our wonderful Chair Laura had the task of commenting on 64 images entered by club members with the theme of "Reflections". Deciding not to score Laura gave us a really nice critique of our images holding back 13 to the end, where she chose her top three.

Third place went to Julia Booton with her image "Through a glass lightly", second place went to David Silk with his image "The Butts Sandwich" and first place very deservedly went to Eddie Bradley with his lovely image "Reflections on the Sands". It was quite a refreshing change not to be scored but to have constructive and nice comments made by Laura. Thank you !! An enjoyable relaxed evening.

1st Place - beautiful colours, shadows, reflections and tones. WELL DONE EDDIE!

2nd Place - lovely monochrome and fantastic reflections of trees.

3rd Place -reflections galore and lovely colours !

Special mention to the members that had a held back image or two but did not make the final three!! Laura still really liked those images!! Ken Butcher, Dave Berger, John Draper, Lorina Dean, Nicola Clamp. Great job guys!

NEXT IS THE FINAL THEMED COMPETITION - SUBJECT RED! Sure there will be more amazing images from our fab members !! GOOD LUCK.
