Fantastic First PDI Competition

The first PDI Competition of the season was judged by Molly Holman who gave a really detailed and positive critique of all of the images entered. As usual the number of images entered was great (over 90) and the standard was fantastic !! It was great to see our new members entering the competition and hopefully they enjoyed the experience and will continue to enter!!! Sure that Andy Shaw did as he got two placings in group 2 !!

This year we have two new awards of Commended and Highly Commended which means that more members can enjoy their work being appreciated.

In Group 2 these were the images that were placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Highly Commended and Commended:

1ST PLACE Chris West Ascend Well done CHRIS !! One of our newer members with an excellent street image.

2ND PLACE Andy Shaw a new member with Strange Smoke - an ethereal and striking image - really great !

3RD PLACE Andy Shaw again with Gypsophila - beautiful!

HIGHLY COMMENDED Sinead Le Blond Where did you get that hat - loved it very humerous!!

COMMENDED Chris West Neighbours - simple but effective!
