4th Quarterly PDI OPEN - who won in each group!!

At our last club night we had the 4th quarterly open PDI competition with once again a bumper crop of fantastic images, 38 in group 1 and 49 in group 2, which were expertly judged by Carol McNiven Young. Despite the vast amount of images to critique and score, Carol gave everyone fair and constructive comments and the top three for each group were truly deserving of their places.

In group 2 first place went to Douglas Samme with his striking and graphic image titled "London Eye", second place went to Debbie Ludgate with a gorgeous shot of "Mountains and lake" and third place went to John Draper with his lovely image titled "Checking the coast is clear".

In group 1 first place went to Laura Drury with her stunning and beautifully colour toned image titled "Windermere Sunset", second and third places went to Eddie Bradley with really great images titled "Padley Gorge" and "Cauldron Falls."

With the open quarterly competitions at an end, attention now turns to the last two themed competitions as the race for top spot in the league for both groups hots up!!. GOOD LUCK !!
