3rd Quarterly PDI Competition

Once again club members entered a variety of images displaying their talent and skills as usual and giving the judge June Sharpe plenty to talk about and critique.

In group 2 first place went to Maria Gilbert with her beautiful image of a Stonechat. I loved the colours on this. Very well done Maria !!

2nd place went to Paul Ralf for his lovely picture of a Crow.

3rd place was awarded to Nicola Clamp with this image of Canterbury Cathedral - lovely tones in this one.

Paul Ralf also gained a Highly commended for this wonderful image of a little Egret in flight.

Mike Aubry was commended for his image titled "Festive Ramsgate", which has lovely lighting and colours.

In Group 1 John Draper came first with this cute image of a red squirrel; really loved the pose! Well done John!

Second place was awarded to Laura Drury for this beautiful image, with its lovely light and the child's gaze is so sweet.

John Draper was awarded again with a third place for his pretty image titled "Autumn colours" Gorgeous.

Highly commended was given to this image titled "Mog" by David Berger. That cat looks scary !!

James Foad's image of a leaping squirrel was commended. Great action shot!

Great job everyone !! We look forward to the next competition.
